dieting for 1.5 weeks.
when holiday fat like a buffalo.

morning, milo and biscuit 5 slic3s...
afternoon, eat vegetarian rice" dabao from TBR. 2 vege+ fried mushroom( but not any processed "flour" food...)
gym 2 times, and some fast repeated step running 2 hour...
and 2day, me and sue yean measure,
YEAH , i drop 1kg in 1.5 WEEKS.
my dream shirt, i am coming.
i admit, 我很爱美。
next time, i am going to open some recipe for my OAT drink...
sue yean and psp....on the way transforming become a SUPER leng lui...
