吃
自从上次跟阿面说关于我吃的方面。
我已经尽量吃很少了,总算控制住了。
wednesday+ breakfast= 7:30 am= brown rice cereal 1 cup
3:00++pm= mihun+seaweed 1 bowl+ coffe+ pure cocoa powder
9:30pm( is not good, because i have my dinner too late)= brown rice cereal 1 cup+seaweed cook with water.
the reason i almost drink cocoa powder everday because is a kind of strong anti-oxidant fruit/drink, cuz i not enough sleep and look very down and yellow tone on my skin, so i drink alot of thz to boots some oxygen to my body, while writing thz blog. wrinkles eyebag, pimple everywhere..........speechless
11:13pm= 1 medium size apple+ pure water..
that is for today..long time din eat rice...........
is a kind of habir , once i start to eat normal meals, i will eat non stop this is the reason why i am taking such portion of food.
so, later i m gong to read xing wei diet book....
and sleep earlier to look more radiant, if not my face look like a HANTU!!!!!
